Everything you need to know before training.
How does the 5-day training work?
The program is delivered individually and moves through 5 detailed training days: Day 1 — Hair Science + Keratin Treatment; Day 2 — Nanoplastia; Day 3 — Hair Nourishing; Day 4 — Cold Recovery; and Day 5 — Permanent Straightening.
Supervised practical work is completed on 4 live models across the full program. You diagnose each model, select the treatment, build the protocol, perform the procedure and evaluate the final washed-out result with the educator.
Is this private or group training?
This is private, individual training. The educator’s attention is focused on your understanding, technique, questions and progress throughout the program.
Do I have to attend 5 days in a row?
No. You can complete all 5 days consecutively or divide the training between different weeks.
For example, you may attend for 2 days during 1 week and complete the remaining 3 days the following week. We arrange the dates around your availability.
You still receive the complete program, regardless of how the 5 days are scheduled.
Which professional systems are included?
The program covers Keratin Treatment, Nanoplastia, Hair Nourishing, Cold Recovery and Permanent Straightening.
You will learn how these systems differ, which hair structures they are suitable for and how to select the correct service for an individual client.
How many live models will I work with?
The program includes 4 live models.
Each model is completed as a full client service, from consultation and diagnosis through application, technique, washout, post-treatment care and final result evaluation.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. After completing the full 5-day program, you will receive a Queen’s Hair Academy Certificate of Completion confirming your theoretical and practical training.
Is a professional starter kit included?
Yes. Your starter kit is included in the training investment.
- 1 L Professional Deep-Cleansing Shampoo
- 250 g Keratin Treatment
- 500 mL Hair Nourishing Treatment
- 250 g Nanoplastia
Will I receive a course workbook?
Yes. You will receive a detailed workbook containing the information covered throughout the program.
It remains yours after the course and can be used as a professional reference when reviewing diagnosis, product selection, temperatures, techniques, contraindications, common mistakes and aftercare.
Will I be able to work independently after the training?
Yes. The 5-day program is specifically designed to give you the theoretical understanding and supervised practical experience needed to begin working independently.
You will learn to analyse the hair and build an individual protocol rather than repeat one memorized procedure on every client.
Your confidence will continue to develop with experience, and professional support is included for the first 2 months after training.
Do I receive support after completing the program?
Yes. Professional support is included for 2 months after completing the program.
You can contact Queen’s Hair Academy when you need guidance with hair diagnosis, treatment selection, protocol planning or a challenging client case.
Do clients need to keep the treatment in their hair for 3 days?
No. The professional protocols taught at Queen’s Hair Academy are completed in the salon.
Students learn how to wash out the treatment at the appropriate stage, apply the necessary post-treatment care, blow-dry the hair and evaluate the true finished result before the client leaves.
Do you offer a shorter training option?
Yes. A condensed 2-day training option is also available.
It introduces essential theory and practical techniques, but it does not provide the same depth, repetition and amount of supervised practice as the complete 5-day program.
If your schedule and circumstances allow, we recommend the 5-day training—particularly if you are new to the industry or want to begin working independently with a stronger foundation.
What does the training investment include?
The 5-day private training investment includes 4 live models, a professional starter kit, a detailed course workbook, a Queen’s Hair Academy Certificate of Completion and 2 months of professional support after training.
