RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We don't accept returns of goods we sold,even if:

You don't like colour,consistence,design etc.
- You don't know how to use purchased equipment or materials

You get bad result due to incorrect usage of purchased goods
You get bed result due to usage of inappropriate side stuff (for example:purchased hair straightener didn't straighten the hair because you used low quality products)

All electrical devices has 6 months warranty

If an electrical device you bought is defective or can't serve its intended purpose,you should inform us about the problem.We may to choose to repair the device without charge or exchange it to new one
Refund Policy – International (USA Orders)
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
Refunds may only be considered if a package is refused by the customer and successfully returned back to our facility. In such cases, only the cost of the product will be refunded.
Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, carrier charges, customs fees, and any related expenses are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
If a customer refuses delivery, cancels the shipment, fails to accept the package, or does not pay any applicable customs or import fees, the order will be treated as a refused shipment. Once the package is received back by us, a refund will be issued for the product value only, excluding all shipping and logistics costs.
By placing an international order, the customer agrees that shipping costs are non-refundable and that refunds, if applicable, apply to the product only.
Please note that once an order is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, additional fees, or lost parcels. These matters fall under the carrier's responsibility.
