How shipping to the USA works

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday and shipped the same business day when placed before 12:00 pm Toronto time, or the next business day when placed after.
• USA delivery is a flat rate, shown in USD at checkout. Transit starts from 5 business days and can vary with customs clearance and the carrier.
• Because orders ship from Canada, an additional 10% cross-border fee applies to USA orders due to current US–Canada tariffs and cross-border charges. This fee is payable before we ship your order — we will always confirm it with you first, so there are no surprises.
• Every order is tracked, and you receive the tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Professional products and certification

Our straightening and recovery treatments are professional products, sold to certified stylists and salons. If this is your first professional order, we will ask for your keratin training certificate after checkout and verify it before shipping — certificates and licenses from the USA and any other country are accepted. Home-care products and professional tools do not require certification.
