Shipping & Return Policy – USA Orders

International Shipping (Canada to USA)

All orders to the United States are shipped from Canada and are classified as international shipments. Once an order is dispatched and a valid tracking number is provided, the shipment is considered fulfilled.

Delivery & Transit Responsibility  
Our responsibility as the seller is to process and ship orders on time and provide accurate tracking information. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, all transit operations, delivery timelines, and logistics are managed solely by the shipping carrier and customs authorities.

Shipment Monitoring  
Real-time shipment tracking is available through the carrier’s tracking system. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking updates and follow the shipment status, as carriers provide the same real-time information to both sender and recipient.

Customs & Delays  
As this is an international shipment, delivery may be affected by customs clearance, border processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs authorities.

Lost, Delayed, or In-Transit Shipments  
We are not liable for shipping delays, carrier issues, or transit interruptions once the order has been shipped. In the event of a lost package, claims must be handled through the shipping carrier. We will provide assistance with documentation if required, but we do not guarantee carrier outcomes.

Shipping Fees & Refused Shipments  
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.  
If a customer refuses a package, cancels delivery, fails to pay customs fees, or provides an incorrect address, the shipping cost and any carrier fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for USA Orders  
If a refused or returned package is received back by us, only the product cost may be refunded.  
Original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, and carrier fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

All professional haircare products are final sale and cannot be returned if opened or used.

By placing an international order, the customer agrees to these shipping, customs, and refund terms.

Reshipping Policy

If a package is returned due to refusal, unpaid customs fees, or failure to accept delivery, reshipping will require a new shipping payment.

We do not offer free reshipping under any circumstances.
